Newspaper Ad Design Brief

Create a newspaper ad from data supplied. Must be creative and inventive with design. Looking for a modern farmhouse design style. Project will be updated with new numbers every two weeks but design will remain the same overall. Attached is the data. I would like to see the market stats in some sort of graphic at the top. Then the chart/graph redone with those numbers in an attractive form and then in large letters below, the following:
