The specifications for a new LinkedIn banner are accessible online, and are not repeated here.
The background design for both banners will be the same, and must complement my business logo. The only difference between the banners will be the wording, although I'd prefer that both 'titles' and 'subscript' were written in the same size and colour of font.
I'm going to include a previous example of a banner I used, which was once perfect, but now lacks detail, as you can see.
My core brand is 'authentic leadership', and one suggestion of a new banner is that it contains the following words, written in such a way that they do not detract from the heading or subscript:
1. Authentic leadership
2. Integrity
3. Respect for others
4. Accountability
5. Sense of humour
6. Humility
7. Fairness
8. Truth to power
9. Question the Status Quo
10.Maverick
11.Transparency
12.Good governance
13.Regulation
14.Nolan Principles
15.Reflective learning
16.Continuous improvement
17.Growth mindset
18.Learning and development
I attach some examples for inspiration. The words can be written in any size, any direction, any font, any colour, and in any order, but must not detract from the logo, heading or subscript.
I also an example of someone else's work to demonstrate the differences. They are not perfect, and I'm looking for creativity, originality and innovation.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR INMITIAL DRAFTS, ALL OF WHICH REQUIRE MORE WORK. I HAVE ADDED MY BUSINESS LOGO AS A COLOUR GUIDE. IN ADDITION, PLEASE NOTE THAT I WOULD RATHER GET THIS RIGHT THAN RUSH IT. THE DEADLINE IS 5 WORKING DAYS FROM THE START DATE.
THANKS AGAIN.
Target Market(s)
I hope to generate most future business through LinkedIn. Middle and senior managers will therefore access both my personal and business profiles to assess my competence. The designs are therefore targeted at professionals, rather than youth, low paid manual workers, or the unemployed.

Requirements
Must have
- The Business Banner must read:
1. Title. Professional Consultant, Coach, and Mentor
2. Subscript. "we exist to enable businesses and learners to achieve their potential"
The Personal Banner must read:
3. Title. Developing Business Excellence Limited
4. Subscript. "in continuous pursuit of excellence with intellect and good humour"
Both banners must have the same backgrounds, and satisfy the prerequisite conditions outlined by LinkedIn.com for publishing on desktop, laptop, tablet, and phone.
Neither banner must detract from the business logo, or make it difficult to read titles or subscript
Two different banners
Nice to have
- My original banner design was fair, but could not be added to.
The inclusion of the aforementioned words is highly desirable, although these need not to easy to read
The colour blue might work
Easy to search for on LinkedIn
I attach three random pictures for interest, although these ARE NOT A TEMPLATE.
Should not have
- Must not detract from logo
Backgrounds must not make headings and subscripts difficult to read at a glance
Must not be the wrong size
I would rather not just see plain text, written horizontally and vertically, with no imagination.
