Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a logo design for my fitness training business. We want an emblem style logo enclosed in the shape of the circular barbell plate in the attached images.

On the top inside border of the circle put "Disciplined" and on the bottom inside border of the circle put "Fitness". At the center of the circle put an image of both a man and a woman side by side each holding a dumbbell.

Please use all 3 colors blue, black, and white. And use a font with some style to it.
