Banner Ad Design Brief

Hello, I need artwork created for an honour wall for greyhound racing. It will be fairly big I don't have exact dimensions but approx 6 x 3 metres. I have been trying to find something like the attached greyhound but nothing hi-res to enlarge to a good quality size. Can the attached be recreated as a hi-res version. I will then need it to be put on one of the attached banners fading out, like a gradient or dispersion effect. Please let me know if you require any more info. Regards Lynda
