Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a Massive Multi-player Online Role-playing Game Guild (MMPORG). A guild is a group of peers that band together to achieve progress and share experiences within the game. The game is Everquest, a fantasy / adventure game that has been alive for over 20 years and is now making a come-back. Www.everquest.com
This logo will be the visual ID for the Guild and will help in recruitment campaigns and merch.

The guild's name is Chaos & Disorder.
Within the logo we should also incorporate in smaller letters the name of the server where C&D belongs: "Bristlebane"

Chaos and Disorder tone: Strong, fun and lighthearted (yet evil at heart).
This is a world of fantasy, dragons, evil forces, magic, fighters, elves, trolls and ogres. Visual elements that connect with that world are welcomed.

Color palette: Dark colors, we suggest: Blacks / Purples / White and Light Blues for contrast. But ultimately will leave this to the designer for recommendation based on the brief.
Typography should evoke thoughts of "evil " "darkness" but we are not afraid of that also coming forward as a funny representation of those.
I’d suggest for inspiration to look at Video game logos in the same genre.
