We need a logo design for a new custom home building company located in coastal, southeastern North Carolina. Our focus is on quality, smart-energy efficient construction, and value engineered designs. Our target home market is from $250,000 to $450,000 price range. Although we are general contractors, our preference is not to have tools or building materials in our logo. We are wanting to convey a professional appearance, and not just your normal pick-up truck home builder. Our background is an engineering education, a decade of successful design and construction management implementation, and years of relationship building with clients and subcontractors alike. Our most practiced and developed home design styles are cottage, craftsman and bungalow. I think my preferred colors would be deep red, khaki, and or grey...but would be open to other arrangements. Our tag line is "partners in building"
Target Market(s)
Minimum second time home buyers or young professionals. Typically range in age from 35-60 years old, with more focus on 45-55 age group. A buyer who can discern and value the difference in quality versus cost. Typically college educated professionals, and "empty nesters" who are downsizing from large family homes, to smaller, high end, but concise living spaces.
