Are You sure You have the right dimension of the barcode? Because it covers half of the label if it's not scaled.

the dimension for the barcode is in millimeters? If so it is bigger than on your previous label and takes a good chunk of the design, do you want it like that or do you want it to be same size as on your other labels?
