A LOGO for a non-profit
RIGHT BRAINS for GOOD HEARTS
(capitalization is not necessary) Is a non-profit organization launching in January. It's members are creative professionals with expertise in Coroprate Events and B2B communications - like message strategy, writing, graphics, media, and experiential branding for corporate audiences. They are the....
"RIGHT BRAINS". They donate TIME - not money or goods. That pledge of time is how much they feel they can spare to spend consulting writing or designing creative projects that make a positive change.
"GOOD HEARTS" are the "customers" or recipients of that time. They usually non-profit charities who lack the money or in-house resources to hire outside creative talent to help come up with ideas, designs, staging, and videos to help raise funds and awareness to their cause.
"Great Ideas for Good Causes" is the tagline.
RGBH (for short) Is a volunteer concept which acts very much like a dating app. The creative "RIGHT BRAINS" list their strengths and talents and pledge the amount of time they can commit to in the coming year to work on something that gives back to the community. The "GOOD HEARTS"are then matched with a person - or team of people who can help them for whatever brainstorming or ideation or designs they may need.
The design that will catch our attention must work on white background.
The glyph or icon or visual concept that communicates the connection between the creativity and philanthropy should be clever a clever "aha" and a bit of lightness or fun is desired. It should not in any way look lke stock or clipart.
The typography should be polished and well laid out and - if you took a typography course in art school - think of what would impress the typography instructor.
