Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new construction company called 'RENVIS'. We specialize in a variety of fields from solid surface fabrication and repair, installation services of displays for companies like Samsung, Comcast, Apple, Verizon, and also commercial and residential general construction. Eventually RENVIS will have names that come off of it, such as, RENVIS REPAIRS, RENVIS REMODELING, etc. But RENVIS will be the backbone of these companies.

I would like my company logo to be synomous with my work ethic and my appearance. I'm 6'7, 270 lbs, and dress for work in black or tan overalls and a safety colored orange shirt (See picture). My nickname on jobs is Corn Fed. People that I have never met will see me and know me just based on my appearance and know the product they will receive from me.

Half-ass isn't an option. If it's not right do it again. These are some of the things people know me for.

My combination logo ideally will need the ability to be used from the side of a van, to a business card, to an app emblem. The logo needs to convey solidity, professionalism, commitment. I'm open to color ideas and concepts of design. If possible black, orange, and maybe some metal is a color combination I'm thinking of.

• A specific emblem that can be used on an app icon for example. The name RENVIS will need to be associated with it as well. Eventually the plan is for the emblem to become instantly recognized as RENVIS.

Should not have

• A wrench, house, hammer, or anything else that will have people associate RENVIS with a specific product. Our services cover to wide a range to lock into a specific field.
