Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a professional triathlon team called "The Real Triathlon Squad" or "RTS" for short. Triathlon is a sport consisting of swimming biking and running. We're not looking for a stock swimmer, biker and runner pasted side by side. The goal for the logo is to be able to go on race suits and apparel. The design should communicate that we're a team and be unique to other triathlon squads.
