T-shirt Design Brief

I need a shirt design that has a special operations soldier with helmet setup as close as possible to the included image and perspective (angle) as the Abraham Lincoln image attached to this posting. I want the face blurred out similar to the other image attached. The skull in the helmet is the general design/size/perspective I’m looking for. This can be printed as a direct to garment if the design requires it so don’t be constrained by traditional screen printing restrictions
