The MATAMAL project is a clinical trial being conducted by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine looking at the use of the medication, ivermectin, to control malaria in the Bijagos archipelago, Guinea-Bissau. Ivermectin is poisonous to Anopheles mosquitoes, so we would like our logo to incorporate both islands (map) and mosquitoes in some way or another. I have attached a couple of images of Anopheles mosquitoes, these images are just for reference and don't need to be used, however the type of mosquito is important. Other areas that the design could incorporate are red blood cells, but this is not essential. We would like to see designs that are in keeping with the medical field and give a sense of wellness. I have attached an old logo that we generated for an NGO a couple of years back.
The logo must also be able to be converted into Portuguese.
