Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a logo for our new to us boat. I will include photos of the old boat and logo. New boat is named "Snow Day II" however we don't want much emphasis on the "II" Logo will likely be done in vinyl letters on the transom of the boat (see pix) as well as t-shirts and other items down the road. We are somewhat satisfied with the look of the old "Snow Day" as shown but wanted to see what else people could come up with. I am in the snow removal business so that is why there are a couple of flakes shown. Not a requirement to have snow flakes. (Photo with "One Love" is the same boat as ours for reference sake) Logo must be black (no blue in it)
