I think it's a bit confudsed this breef, because you are nameing some of the products that you use to make the cofee, but I guess that you don't want to add this products in your logo.
The word 'road' is not very easy to asociate with a cofee brand. So maybe you can provide us with some further details to undestand better the concept of your brand. Porbably it helps a bit more if you upgrade some extra information or maybe some examples from other brands that you like it. Just to help us find the look and feel you are expecting.

Apologies, no, please don't put these products into the logo. I included them only to illustrate the high-market position of this product.

We are Silk Road because, like the ancient trading route, this coffee is about bringing the most exotic ingredients to market in a product not seen before in the UK market.If you think this is too literal though we are open to your suggestions on this.
