Logo Design Brief

My business partner and I have over 40 years of experience in intercultural communication, stakeholder facilitation and transformation. Our background is in higher education and we are jumping into the new world (for us) of consulting. Moving away from what we know and into the unknown is a big leap but we know the momentum and desire for our work is out there.

Motivated by BLM protests, and inspired in this forced reflection time of the pandemic, we want to bring our talents to the world and help create positive change in our communities.

We want to work with a designer who is inspired by a better world and who wants to help be a part of the solution. We are looking to work with someone who is talented and passionate about their work, and who can be a partner in the design process.

We are the MT Consulting Group. MT because of our last names, but also for us it can be shorthand for 'mountains'. We like the idea of incorporating mountains into our brand as we are based in Alberta (known for our Rocky Mountains) and it is a symbol of progress, determination and perseverance in gaining perspective and insights.

Must have

• Mountain Iconography.
  We are looking for a clean mountain silhouette
  Clean fonts.
  Our future revenue streams will be in different colors (or shades) as a tag line to the original logo. (ex. MT Training, MT Audit, MT Resources)

Nice to have

• Incorporate the M and T into the mountain silhouette.

Should not have

• Cursive, many colours
