Tattoo Design Brief

I need to cover my existing tattoo (photo attached) I don't want it to be too much bigger but appreciate it will need to be larger to cover what is underneath. I'm very small so need to avoid a massive stomach tattoo! If it can be kept slim, that would be amazing (ie take it longer and maybe twist around to my lower back or down onto my thigh)

I want it to be feminine. I'm open to someone being creative but I have some ideas of images that I want to cover the existing ones with. Roses, Flowers, Sugar skulls, Birds, The initial M and Egyptian symbols. Hopefully the images will interlink together and if it needs to go down my side and on to my back then that is preferred! The current shape is not good at all!

I can send exact size of current tattoo if needed.
