Book Cover Design Brief

revised: Sci-fi book set on Earth in 2525 AD. 1st in the series. Melinda is a young red-headed archeologist 16-18 years old. Grey Wolf - intergalactic shaman. Villain is Dr. Vel - a crazy mad evil scientist who has kidnapped Melinda's father, because he's discovered a cave filled with petroglyphs and warnings of an ancient portal guarded by Dwellers - subterranean mole-like creatures who mine deep below the earth and are children's nightmares. Problem: earth's core has become unstable and may explode. Flat-headed robot on cover is Melinda's side kick. Cover to be similar to Star Wars poster.

• Domino labyrinth which ties into the subterranean maze that Melinda has to go through to escape from the Dwellers. Could have an image of ancient priest's capes with white on inside, black outside - like dominos. Three levels of Earth. 1. Subterranean miners 2. The ancient cave with the petrographs and a portal. 3. The characters above this with futuristic shuttles over a desert landscape. holographic universe in Melinda’s hands
