eBook Cover Design Brief

I am a long established Australian property investment adviser, analyst and consultant who is now in semi-retired mode and have re-branded to reflect a more casual and personal approach to advising my property investor clients. I am writing a 'revised edition' to a book written in partnership with my father 20 years ago and need an eBook Cover for this new edition. The eBook will be uploaded to all the regular Australian providers (Amazon Kindle, Apple Ibook, Kobo, Booktopia)

The 3 key elements in the book cover are:

Title: The Wealth Power of Property. The word 'Property' should be larger and more prominent. eg "The Wealth Power of" could be 1/3 the size of "Property" - with both justified left

Edition: Sydney 2021. "Sydney 2021" should be the focus and dominant imagery of the eBook cover and more prominent than the Title or Author

Author: Brett Johnson, The Real Estate Analyst. The word "Author" should not appear. "The Real Estate Analyst" should appear underneath Brett Johnson and justified to Brett Johnson, therefore a smaller font.

The cover should be simple, but eye-catching. No property images, more of an abstract background, than a background with an image. Our preferred colour palette is more blues/greens. Prefer SerifFonts
