Logo Design Brief

We have been in business since 1989 and have had the same logo since then.
We would like to see something new and exiting.
Attached is our current logo, colors should probably stay the same but we would love some new bright up and coming ideas.
We would like to see all components in the logo "JP Gravel Construction Inc." but if you have any other ideas that do not include it all we would like to see it too.
