Book Cover Design Brief

Feral Cat Publishers needs a paperback book cover for young adult - dystopian future novel titled "Venge" by Will Isenberg. The author prefers something which addresses the following scene.

"The sign read "GIRAFFE STEAKS: 100% ETHICALLY SOURCED." On it was an electric cartoon animal with a long yellow neck. It faced the street with a broad smile, apparently content with being killed as long as it was killed ethically. Then the creature blinked, sensing motion in the otherwise empty night, and its animated eyes glanced toward the building across the street.
On the roof sat a young woman, her feet dangling over the edge. Her face was wrapped in a black gaiter mask. Her hair, black and glossy under the light of the cartoon giraffe, was combed straight back from her forehead and pinned into a knot behind her head.
A security camera several feet away was pointed at her, zooming in and out suspiciously, seemingly frustrated at being able to make out her features beneath the mask. The woman tilted her head back and coughed, swishing spit around her mouth until a warm sticky gob had formed at the tip of her tongue. She adjusted her mask and spat, and the security camera whirred, focusing and refocusing, smearing the slime around its own lens.
Across the street, the glowing animatronic giraffe seemed to be laughing. The woman flashed it a thumbs-up. At least someone, or something, appreciated her aim."

The cover must be compliant with the attached template, incorporate the back cover text and auther headshot plus FCP logos. Spine should be title, author name, and logo.

Designs which require FCP purchases of additional licenses will not be chosen. Deliverables are required to be AI compatible files with all layers intact/accessible.
