Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for house branding. Logo elements will go on robes, slippers, towels, stationary, etc. We have named the house Promenade 135 as it is "a short walk" to the beach, shopping and other destinations in West Palm Beach and the unit number is 135.

We want this logo to be FUN and reflect the interior vibe (see attached photos). This will be the first impression for guests and it needs to portray an escape to paradise; get guests ready for a Miami-style vacation while also being stylish and relaxed. Ideally the word Promenade is more prominent with the unit number, 135, as a subset. We like edgy!

Other elements to consider: the property is in Florida; the exterior paint colors are Benjamin Moore Grey Mist (962), Benjamin Moore Himalayan Trek (1542), Benjamin Moore Carolina Gull (2138-40), Benjamin Moore Cloud Cover (OC-25) but these colors are not necessary in the design.

**editing to add, there is a sister property, Elevare, in Connecticut that has an existing logo. please see design and use as inspo to create something of similar style. these properties will be marketed together so having some similarities could be fun!**
