Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for my brand. My website is named, "UpwardPM.com". My Business name is, "Upward Practice Management LLC". This business does all the non-clinical administration of a medical office, such as billing. I do NOT want any sort of medical devices in the logo, such as a stethoscope, that is for the doctor. I focus on the non-clinical aspect. I could see the, "U" being some sort of shield? I could also see something around the PM part of the domain, for example, the word Upward followed by some sort of fancy PM... Use your imagination. Finally, please keep in mind that my website background is blue. This is the website template: http://preferred15.claimtek.com/

• I want the letters, "Upward PM" in the logo and some sort of image. Whether that's a fancy PM or a separate image that precedes, "Upward PM" is up to you.

Nice to have

• Would be great to be able to use the logo and the image separate at times. Meaning, just the image could be used where I have very little room.

Should not have
