Packaging Design Brief

My company uses 2-inch wide packaging tape (clear tape, not brown) to seal boxes for mail-orders of phonograph records and CD's. I need graphics to send to a packaging tape manufacturer so they can make custom tape in large quantity. The graphics need to incorporate my logo (Millions of Records), my website www.millionsofrecords.com and the 3 "reggae" colors: These are Philippine Green (#008542), Golden Yellow (#FFE000) and Electric Red (#E70001). The tape color should be the green, yellow and read (above), horizonally (so, those 3 colors are in fact the color of the tape). The I'd like a repeating graphic of my logo and then then the website address, and then the Jamaican national flag.
