Located in a beautiful and historic building in Collingwood, Ontario, Poppy's will be appealing to both locals and weekenders alike who spend winters and summers here. Whether its a quick bite, brunch with friends or a family dinner - poppy's french bistro is welcoming and a great place to enjoy the company of others. The name 'poppy's' is not based on the flower rather a persona of a French woman who embodies warmth, art, and great taste. The final design should communicate this persona.
