Graphic Design Brief

The Knoxville Jazz Orchestra is in need of a logo-style graphic image for a concert we are calling "Buy Local: Celebrating K-Town's Music and Musicians." I've uploaded several examples of the type of image that I'm looking for. Elements that could potentially be incorporated into the image include the TN State flag's colors and or three stars, fun caricatures of musical instruments, and/ or an illustration of the city's most recognizable landmark, the Sunsphere, pictured below. Most importantly, the image needs to be simple, with the focus on the Buy Local tag line.
