Logo Design Brief

We are separating our insurance and real estate divisions. A&J Petersburg will be the insurance agency and we don't need any changes to that logo design, but we will be starting a new entity "AJ Realty" and need a new logo with that same colors as A&J Petersburg. It would be helpful if the real estate logo worked well on a real estate "for sale" sign. We would prefer to stay with the black and gold of our current logo, but we are okay with a different feel to the design.
