Size of image you after?
And more important i would like to ask: is the 100$ for 6 illustration?
I think it too low for this volume of work. Please consider to increase budget and guarantee it.

What drawing style do you want? Line art - black and white, or colored? Do you want it realistic? Or cartoony?

Maybe it will help if you can provide sample images in the project brief.

Can you please provide your brand colors and maybe a Pinterest board as a moodboard?
Are you planning to use the images for Web UI or App UI screens?
