T-shirt Design Brief

We need a design for our company based in Canada called Thirty Millz. We provide clothing for people who would like to stand out but also fit in. Would like for these to be recreated with my logo to look similar to the the original pic so the designer should be skilled and some changing of the words. This is on the front of the crew necks but would like it to be on the back side. I can explain more to the person who get the project
