Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo design for a Direct Home Meal Delivery Kit for post-hospital discharge patients. Meal reimbursement is through the recipient’s insurance coverage and can provide a range of 20 to 56 nutrient rich meals depending on the parameters identified by the insurance carrier.    The initial focus will be to market to eligible recipient’s upon discharge from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities.    Meals will vary based on dietary needs and may align to: diabetic friendly, gluten friendly, renal, fish free, reduced sodium, heart healthy, vegetarian and puree. Logo should be simple, sleek and include a subtle nod to food without using an icon that limits our dietary needs.

Must have

• Logo word mark must contain "LiveWell" as one word with the L and W capitalized, and must include the byline "with Traditions" in the lockup. "Traditions" should be displayed in the stylized wordmark provided; easy to read font for CPG market; no more than 2 colors in logo

Nice to have

• Small design element to align to food; font with longevity in CPG market

Should not have

• NO hard to read script-fonts, no ornate icons or imagery in logo (no abstract or character logos)
