Hi, the motivation for you is to provide designs that are high-quality, meet the brief and have strong attention to detail. If they don't meet that standard they will attract the appropriate rating so that others clients do not have to deal with poor quality submissions. It's not the clients responsibility to rate above 2 stars, it's the designer's to post quality submissions. Furthermore "begging" for better ratings will result in me likely devaluing your work because you are attempting a form of emotional manipulation. I won't tolerate anyone who attempts to manipulate a better outcome.
