Logo Design Brief

Hi,
Lean Built is a new building company focusing on efficient construction methodologies, and as green as possible.
We would like a logo that transmits our values, with colors in the green/gold/wood tones. We also need a black and white version in the grey tones visible for our boards when on job sites billboards.
No font has been picked but we want something classy and subtle as we are a high end construction company. The tagline can be of a different font, but we would like to see different options.
We need the files to be opened on Sketch so we can play with it and modify the logo and fonts if we need to (no Adobe suite in house).
We made a sample logo, with a roof, so we have a home in it, but we are not set at all in terms of design, this is just an idea.
Be creative and surprise us ;)
