Web Design Brief

Need a website for a consulting company that will help nonprofits qualify to get free online ads from Google in their Google Ads Grant program and that will also help them manage the ad spend. Need a new logo as part of this. You can look at our current site at www.grantrepublic.com to get a sense as to content. I am looking for a nice looking site that will be easy to maintain and expand upon. It should load fast and be good design from an SEO perspective.
