Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our rental company. Currently we are known as Carriage House Concierge, but we are rebranding to Vello. We are a luxury brand and all of our properties are luxury homes & condos. We want the brand to portray luxury but also be simple, sleek & clean. We'd like to use some version of our current logo, but we are not stuck on that. If a better logo can be created, we are for it. The brand should portray simplicity & ensure you'll have everything you can think of for your stay/vacation. We want to use a black & white color scheme like our current logo.
