Vector Design Brief

I need a vector design of a patriot character (minutemen / revolutionary war USA) holding a Gadsden flag. The artwork should be similar to the "Eddie" character the band Iron Maiden uses on their LP covers. I'd like the flay held in such a way that when filling a circle shape with a portion of the image it is visible. I have attached files to show the Iron Maiden example and an example of a tough looking patriot. The words "The Patriot Review" "The Home for Red Blooded Patriot's" and "www.redbloodedpatriots.com" should be in a separate but complimentary design all its own (one line per row).
