Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts at Graycor, Inc (www.graycor.com). We are a construction company based in the US that has been in business since 1921 (we are celebrating 100 years!). The purpose of our DEI efforts is to create a workplace that mirrors the diversity of the communities where we live and work, along with a work environment where all employees feel safe and respected, are able to thrive, and where we embrace and leverage their diverse and unique backgrounds, talents, and interests to advance the business. We would like to see designs that convey the following: 1. Graycor Cares about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, 2. We value your diversity and uniqueness as an employee, 3. Our people are represented in the logo

Requirements

Must have

• We are looking for cleaner and simple Logos. The logo shall have color (see Graycor color palette in the attachments). Please use colors within the palette provided. Also please use the font Lubalin (it can be used in all its variants). Also, we shall be able to use the logo in conjunction with the Graycor logo (see it in the attachments).

Should not have

• No more than 5 colors in the logo (see Graycor color palette in the attachments). Also avoid very small illustrations/letters in the logo as it will be embroidered in company apparel.
