Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a new design for my company. My current logo is grainy and really poorly done. I want to be able to get versions of it that i can print on marketing materials, the current version does not allow that.
I would like something were the Ocean meets the beach. We are in the office and hospitality furniture Industry. Please no use of cheezy chairs , simple, clean and cool. Something to do with the waters edge.
