Logo Design Brief

We are a manufacturer in Australia of commercial kitchen exhaust canopies for restaurants/buildings. Our special product is made from stainless steel, is Australian made, distributed nationally and has a unique feature with it being a "low velocity" model. This means its purpose is to extract HOT AIR, grease and smells/odours from cooking in a commercial kitchen environment. By using slower air speeds it saves costs, energy, and is much quieter than other exhaust canopies. It also brings FRESH AIR back in at the same time it removes the greasy odour air, so, it creates a much better working environment for chefs. Hot greasy air is extracted and clean fresh air is returned in its place at the same time. The clean air is distributed into the kitchen and also into the exhaust front section as well which creates a uniqie "air curtain effect" which has directional control for both velocity and direction. This design efficiency also means the fans used to remove the hot air and the fans to bring in the supply air can be much smaller than others on the market.

I also own another business called Xtracta which manufactures high velocity normal style exhaust canopies that are cheaper and have for less features than the new Xtractair model. I want the two products to be completely different by way of logo identification. I own the trade mark on the Xtracta logo attached so there is no conflict with regard to this project.

I will also laser etch the logo onto the canopy as I do with Xtracta.
