Logo Design Brief

We need to renew our logo design to be more modern and general. Today Lund Grappling Academy has a very famous cathedral in the middle of the logo but we would like to change it to reflect what we do, which is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and/or Grappling. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling is a martial art focusing on throws, wrestling, locks and submissions in very flow-like movements where it very seldom becomes static.

Preferable same colour scheme as the old one(black red white).

Not looking like Gracie Barra sign.
