2) Registration Screen

-- Screen should indicate price/month and free trial for X days
3) Restricted (requires login) screen
4) Organization home screen
-- Dynamic menu options of the following types:
a) Contact Us/Form
b) Video List
c) Audio List
d) Documents List
e) Message/Chat Rooms
f) Map/Directions
g) Webpage

Plus permission based options:
h) Profile Settings
i) Notification Center
j) Admin Settings
k) Manage members
l) View Form Submissions
