Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our business.
We are involved in Personal Empowerment and Leadership Education which is University Accredited. This is a 12 month program with text, audio and video components. We also have a live tutorial workshop conference call each week.
There is two sides to this business
1. We sell the Education to a retail customer. These are students who are using our education as part of a Masters degree. Plus we sell the package to colleges, schools and sports teams.
2. We recruit distributors to become Licenced Agents to sell the education.
The logo should have the words The Potential In You.
needs to be inspirational, involving wording or pictures or both.
We do also require an advertisement that can be used as a banner ad, flyer ad or a poster ad.
