Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a retail company located in Alberta, Canada called BackYard Central. We install outdoor living products for consumers such as decks, fences, sheds, and railings. We retail those products along with lighting, shade, and privacy options as well. We also sell accessories like patio ware, fire tables, and a little bit of furniture. We would like something modern and clean looking. Our slogan is Life Happens Outdoors. We have a trademark on the name and slogan so I would like the TM mark included with the logo please. We're open to colours but definitely no use of orange or red.
