Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a Farm-to-Table company. We sell freshly butchered beef raised on our farm directly to consumer. We would like classy colours, maybe blacks or browns, but are flexible. We would like the logo to look classy/luxury and communicate honesty, trust, and back-to-the-earth health. The sketch attached is just a bit of a starter idea.
