is the name of the restaurant Salty Bocca and the tagline Italian Grille? Or just Italian Grille?

Also, is the name Salty Bocca (either Salty or Bocca) based on something specific (i.e. Bocca as mouth or Bocca as name of the owner) or just a play of the word Saltimbocca as a dish?

Any further detail would be greatly appreciated.

Salty Bocca is a play on saltimbocca the dish. The Italian grill is the type of restaurant we are. We are an Italian restaurant currently named The Pasta House however we are rebranding and going through a large renovation.
