Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a good design for a small town self service car wash in Eastern Washington state located in the town of Grand Coulee. This car wash has been somewhat run down for the past 15 years or so and after acquiring it in December I want to make it appeal to the huge summer vacation population of the area as well as local year round residents. At this point I need a simple yet appealing somewhat modern logo that would look good on a backlit sign or on a wall. I plan on painting the building a medium gray for the lowest 8 feet with white after that and charcoal gray trim.
