T-shirt Design Brief

We need to turn a very rough sketch of an idea into a real graphic that will be printed in tee shirts/hoodies. I put together a sketch of the general idea I am looking for. I would like the dog to be hanging off some portion of the logo, wherever it looks the best. I have included the photo of the dog I did the sketch from as well as the .eps file of our gym logo. I would like files that can be printed on both light and dark color shirts.
