Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a company that offers a flat fee real estate service for people selling their houses. Users would pay a flat fee for the realtor's services and save money since they aren't paying (typically) 3% of the selling price.

I'd like the words "Flat Fee" to be more prominent since that is the main keyword for the site.
I want a horizontal design, but I'd like the design file in Photoshop or Illustrator format so I can manipulate it as needed later.
