Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a company producing hand made, artisan salami, dried meat products, Hams and bacon. Everything we produce is about quality, made by hand in small batches - not industrial food production, environmental sustainability, caring about our products and environment. We would like to see soft 'water colour' type illustrations in our logo. Feelings of the countryside, nature, illustrations of hams and salamis, leaves, foliage. Our business premises is based in the ruins of an old monastery. It is very rural and peaceful, we would like our logo to reflect this. The attached pictures show soft pastel colours, we like this.

Picture 1 is exactly what we are looking for!!! The circular olive logo is perfect.
In the interior of the logo we would like a design of some charcuterie products hams (jambon) etc. Also in the interior we somehow like a top of a church tower (see pictures 4 and 5), could this somehow be incorporated into the design of charcuterie / ham (jambon)? The inclusion of this is to reflect the peaceful location of our business within the ruins of an ancient monastery.
The overall feel of our business is - traditional, trustworthy, honest, countryside - quality - handmade - loving - peaceful.
