Logo Design Brief

I train swimming pool lifeguards. I’m looking to create a logo (that can double as a sticker) that I can use to celebrate the end of their course when they get certified. Looking for each element to be in its own layer with all text editable in Illustrator, please.

I want it to absolutely include the red Rescue Tube on the image, For text, the word “LIFEGUARD” should be very prominent and I would like the word “CERTIFIED” to be small but also included.
