Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Perth, Western Australia, called SEABREEZE Brewing Co.
We would like it to be in the design of a ships helm/wheel. Hops and barley should be included into the design of the helm. We would like the wording to go around the wheel but other options can be considered. Colouring can be, simple colours, black/white, or natural timber look or a combination of.
We have attached a photo of a simple example.
