Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new real estate company called "Next Space."
Next Space will provide real estate services to buyers and sellers of residential homes. The final design should communicate a clear branding (real estate services) and be immediately recognizable.

We would like to see designs that uses Green Pantone 347C/White. As well as the designs in Blue Pantone 3005C/White.
